What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
We offer exchanges on defective items reported within that 5-day window. After that period, most products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. If it's been more than 5 days, we recommend reaching out directly to the product manufacturer for assistance with replacement or warranty coverage.

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of our customers, all items are non-refundable and final sale. We are unable to accept returns for any reason, including satisfaction-related concerns.

Shipping Times & Rates:
Standard delivery orders are shipped 24 to 48 hours after order is placed. Orders ship out Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on Friday after 12pm through Sunday, it will be packed the following Monday. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when your order will likely be delivered.
Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are flat rates based on the option chosen while orders $99+ ship free!
