What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Please keep in mind, if beyond 14 days, some products carry warranties and will have the warranty information with the item.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our adult products, we only accept returns on defective items within a 14 days from receiving your order.
Lingerie:
To be eligible for a return, lingerie items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or without their original tags.
Final Sale items can not be returned.
