Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed, your payment is processed right away and your items are immediately sent into fulfillment. Because we work quickly to get your order out the door, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after submission. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of our customers, all items are non-refundable and final sale. We are unable to accept returns for any reason, including satisfaction-related concerns.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

-Lingerie

-Vibrators and dildos

-Harnesses and strap-on sets

-Lubricants, enhancements, and creams

-Enema kits and intimate wellness items

-Any product designed for insertion or that may contact bodily fluids

-Items that break the skin or are worn against intimate areas

Once an item leaves our facility, it is considered used and cannot be restocked or resold. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest standards of health and safety.

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

We offer exchanges on defective items reported within that 5-day window. After that period, most products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. If it's been more than 5 days, we recommend reaching out directly to the product manufacturer for assistance with replacement or warranty coverage.
